Do you want to learn a new language or change your career? Well, by doing something for just 30 mins a day, you are able to know the simple phrases of a new language or even the basics of a new topic.

Why not take a short walk after work? Or even before? Ideally, it is very useful to do around 10 000 steps a day but if you do less it is still better than nothing.

Personally, I do not practice meditation because it is very difficult for me just to empty my mind but I know that it is something really very useful for people living in big cities.
It can be the only moment of the day when you can do really nothing. Why not? It can be also a little gap between the end of the working day and private life.

How many times you have said to yourself that it is not the moment to play guitar that you like so much or “maybe next month” when you are looking at your brushes and papers.
If you spend just 30 mins on your favorite hobby, you can even become a happier person because you are doing something you really like.
You are not obliged to choose all of them but at least one or two could really change your life. Stop watching social media and read a book instead. Stop watching TV and just take a short walk outside.
